Project management is careful planning, proper expectation setting, contractor/vendor management, and accountability. We do it well and we take pride in it.


• Estimating - One of the biggest factors in a successful project is the comparison of actual costs versus projected costs. Miss it and it is difficult to have a pleasing outcome. We have years of experience estimating the cost of projects and we often use the same set of trusted contractors and suppliers as sources, so our ability to forecast their costs and to gain adjustments from them when warranted is superb. Again, we do it well and we take pride in it.
